Are you Guilty of a Traffic Violation You've Been Issued? Here's what you can do..

(516) 319-5822

If you’re guilty to a traffic violation you've been issued, here’s what you can do:
  • Order a supporting deposition immediately (details below) – a supporting deposition request must be timely
  • If you request one and don’t receive it, call Traffic Ticket Nassau County
  • We can make a motion to dismiss all original charges
You can request a Supporting Deposition by checking the appropriate box on the back of ticket. This will provide you with additional information regarding the basis for the ticket.

If timely requested, the Court will order the Supporting Deposition from the police officer who issued the ticket. The police officer will have 30 days from the date of your request to mail you the Supporting Deposition.

If you don’t receive it, Traffic Ticket Nassau County can possibly get your charges dropped completely. If you receive it, your case will then be scheduled for a non-jury trial; you will receive written confirmation of the trial date from the Court.

Contact Traffic Ticket Nassau County if you have been issued a traffic ticket and let him explain how your charges can be dropped during your FREE consultation. No office visit is necessary and all consultations are FREE! Traffic Ticket Nassau County can help reduce your fine and even dismiss your case. Do NOT plead guilty.
