The Long Beach Police Department has been busy, making multiple arrests for DWI, Assault and Criminal Possession of a Weapon over the last two weeks. Here is a breakdown of the arrests and charges, provided by longbeach.patch.com.

- A 48 year old man from Shirley was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated with a prior conviction at Franklin Boulevard and East Olive Street on Oct. 26.
- A 44 year old woman of Long Beach was arrested and charged with criminal possession of stolen property and petit larceny at Long Beach Police Department on Oct. 26.
- A 23 year old male from Oceanside was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with a suspended license and an equipment violation at East Park Avenue on Oct. 31.
- Another 23 year old male of Long Beach was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated, driving without a license, moving from a lane unsafely and an equipment violation at West Park Avenue on Oct. 31.
- A 19 year old male from Long Beach was arrested and charged with second-degree assault and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon with the intent to use it at East Market Street on Oct. 31.
- A 23 year old female from Baldwin was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated, illegal signaling and driving through a red light at West Broadway and Magnolia Boulevard on Nov. 1.
- A 35 year old male of Long Beach was arrested and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated at West Broadway on Nov. 6.
- A 26 year old male from Rockville Centre was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated and speeding at Long Beach Boulevard and East Pine Street on Nov. 6.
- A 42 year old man of Long Beach was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated, speeding, illegal signaling, moving from a lane unsafely and refusal to take a breath test at West Park Avenue and National Boulevard on Nov. 6.
- A 23 year old male from Hicksville was arrested and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated at Grand Boulevard and West Park Avenue on Nov. 4.
- A 28 year old male of Long Beach was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated, speeding and refusal to take a breath test at Grand Boulevard and West Park Avenue on Nov. 5.
